Who is The Leadership Collective for?
Refugees and Asylum Seekers aged 18-30(ish), based in the UK.
There are currently four programmes, one Future Leaders Program for anyone who meets the above criteria, a Mothers program specifically for mothers (with children under the age of 5), our School of Entrepreneurship for young people with a passion for business and entrepreneurship and our Creative Industries Programme.
What are we looking for?
Good people.
The Leadership Collective doesn’t check CVs, we look for people with something to offer. If your work or education has come to define you, great. If not, also great. Diverse voices lift each other up, and strengthen our community.
How does it work?
To truly combat social isolation we work (mostly) remote, because inclusion extends past the M25.
This means online workshops and one-to-one mentoring led by the very best sector leaders from across the UK. We help you develop a support network and a range of skills, enabling you to support others in your own community.
